Refunds can be issued if your project has not entered production. However, all sales are final once they have entered production. Each order is unique to each customer and has “No Resale Value”, and that’s why this policy is in place.
Although we have an all sales final policy once the project has entered production, we do take the necessary steps to assure our clients are satisfied with their projects. If an error is verified on our end, or a customer is not pleased before requesting any or additional changes, we will consider the necessary steps needed to assure customer satisfaction. Need proof? For approved reprints, 100% of all printed material must be returned by customers within 10 days (at their own expense) from the time when the delivery was received.
Any new charges related to expediting printing (Rush Printing or Shipping) are NON REFUNDABLE, including those orders that are returned for any reason.
In the event that a job is postponed or terminated without our consent, Prolificreations, Inc shall have the right to bill pro rate for work completed through the date of that request if the total bill is not paid in full, while reserving all rights under this policy.
If additional payment is due, this shall be payable within thirty days of the Client's written notification to stop work. In the event of termination, the Client shall also pay any expenses incurred by Prolificreations, Inc and we shall own all rights to the designed work. The Client shall assume responsibility for all collection of any legal fees necessitated by default in payment. Any clients of Prolificreations, Inc are independent parties and nothing in this policy shall constitute either party as the employer, principal or partner of or joint venture with any other party.
Neither the Client nor Prolificreations, Inc has any authority to assume or create any obligation or liability, either expressed or implied, on behalf of the other.
